For the Industries operating in Food and Beverages sector, we are offering solution that contains clean, green and carbon neutral fuel as biomass pellets, which can replace Fossil fuels like Diesel, PNG, LPG, Furnace oil and LDO. Biomass pellets provide fuel cost savings of approx. 30 to 50% without compromising on production output and quality.

We are providing pellet burner-based solution for heat exchangers, Dryers, steam boilers and hot air generators that can help save on high fuel costs. Such equipment is required for processing a range of food and beverage products. By converting to pellet fuels, there is a huge probability for businesses to improve their bottom line by 2 to 4%.
3. What are some of the unique features of Biomass Pellet Burner and how has it been helping your clients in the F&B Industry save huge energy costs?

Biomass Pellet Burners work in the same way as diesel, LPG and PNG burners. They are compact, have auto ignition and controlling system and can be replaced with existing diesel, gas burner by simple on-site modification. They offer significant fuel cost savings of approx. 30 to 50%, as compared to the various types of fossil fuels. These can help reduce CO2 emissions by almost 60 to 90% as well as Sulphur oxide (Sox) emission reduction by almost 100%. Wood pellets are Sulphur less fuel.

Although, the market had experienced a slow-down post COVID, particularly in the first half of 2022, the situation has improved during the second half of 2022-23. Although, the biggest challenge that we continue to face even today is the high prices as well as the availability of raw materials in the market.
6. Any strategies that you’ve planned to adopt to grow your business this year?
We are planning to enter new markets, particularly in Southern part of India. We are focusing more on penetrating into smaller cities to market our products to the consumers over there by encouraging them to shift from fossil fuel to a carbon neutral, clean, green and sulphur less fuel.
7. Lastly, would you share with us a little about your future plans?
In future, we are planning to open more plants in other parts of the country, particularly in Central India and South India for the purpose of making available the pellets at lower costs to our customers at these locations, which can further help in lowering the transportation costs.

We are also planning to develop a more advanced equipment for the Industries that can help them save costs and reduce their Co2 emissions. Our mission is to help all MSME Industries in shifting to Renewable biomass pellets fuel from fossil fuel that can not only help in saving the environment, but also substantial foreign exchange that is being spent on Crude oil.
